Yes! In fact, in this configuration you don't have to worry about Internet data charges from your mobile operator, and you'll get much faster upload rates. Often, an image can upload in 1 second or less (depending on network speeds)! We have not tested Windows Mobile or other devices in this configuration, but as long as a device can use a Bluetooth connection for Internet access, then it "should" work.
