Can What-Happened.com employees view my Cellicasts?
To protect the privacy of our customers, What-Happened.com has a strict company policy prohibiting the viewing or sharing of customer Cellicasts.
Specifically, support personnel at What-Happened.com do not have access to our customers' passwords or their images
and, thus, cannot view customer content. Authorization to this information is restricted to select upper management
(via additional security measures). Nonetheless, even though customer data is accessible to this group,
images will only be viewed if, in the rare event, doing so is necessary to replicate and/or analyze a
user-reported error or problem. In such cases, this will only be done with the user's express permission
(via the Trouble Ticketing system) and will be limited to the conclusion of the reported event.
