Q: When I login, I get a message about data being sent over an unencrypted connection. Is this OK?

This only occurs in Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox and is nothing to worry about. Your login username, password, and account number are sent over an encrypted connection and cannot be read by a third-party (as Mozilla might suggest). After your login information has been validated, your browser connection is redirected to an unencrypted connection. It is this redirection that causes Mozilla to issue the warning. Third-party access to this particular data will not permit access to your account password.
