Yes. We use many popup windows on this site. We do not use popup advertisements or other extraneous material.

We use popups because it makes navigating the site much easier compared to frames or static pages. If you have a popup blocker installed, disable it for the "what-happened.com" domain (if your software allows per-domain exclusions). Otherwise, temporarily turn off your popup blocker while on the site, or use the control/alt click mechanism to disable it on a per-click basis. That being said, most popup blockers will not detect our popups as being something to block because of the types of popups created.
