Q: Why do emails from What-Happened.com sometimes arrive in my Bulk/Spam folder?

As a result of ongoing spam problems (and customer complaints) email operators are using very elaborate schemes to detect spam. As a result, more messages than usual are considered spam and arrive in junkmail folders. We're doing our best to reduce the likelihood of this happening, but don't have direct control over it. Yahoo! and Microsoft have proposals to more accurately detect spam and we will be supporting these standards as they become fully implemented.
